The City of Fayetteville currently has nine vacancies on boards and committees and six online surveys/questionnaires soliciting resident feedback on local projects.

As reported by the Fayetteville Flyer, city officials are looking to fill nine positions on eight of the city’s boards, commissions and committees.
The list of vacancies includes volunteer seats on the City Board of Health, Environmental Action Committee, Historic District Commission and more.
The deadline to apply is 5pm Friday, August 21.

Speak Up Fayetteville, the dedicated public engagement site for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is a one-stop virtual hub for a growing array of projects and civic involvement opportunities. - A retail, restaurant and neighborhood services survey that will be used to assist the City’s Department of Economic Vitality efforts to bring businesses to Fayetteville
- A survey about the Sunday Slow Streets projects organized by BikeNWA in collaboration with the City
- And an idea map seeking suggestions, comments, and/or ideas regarding the Midtown Trail Corridor project
